Aamir Khan Reveals He Asked Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan To Collaborate With Him For A Project: Ek Film Toh Banti Hai

Bollywood’s Khans, Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan set the silver screen on fire with their cameos in each other’s blockbusters Pathaan and Tiger 3. Now, they are gearing up for YRF’s highly-anticipated spin-off Tiger vs Pathaan. Earlier, Salman had hinted at Aamir Khan‘s entry into the Spy Universe, however, there was no confirmation. But the Laal Singh Chadha actor has now opened up about the possibility of him collaborating with SRK and Salman.

Aamir Khan, SRK, Salman Khan to work together?

During his appearance on The Great Indian Kapil Show, Aamir was asked if he would join hands with the other two Khans for a project. The actor shared in the unaired segment, “I recently met Shah Rukh and Salman and told them, ‘Hum teeno ek hi industry mein itne saalon se hain. Yeh audience ke liye kaafi galat hojayega ki career ke is dauran agar hum saath mein ek film na kaaren. Ek film toh banti hai (We have been working in the same industry for so many years. It would be unfair to the audience if we didn’t do a film together. We must do at least one film together).”

He added, “The three of us are actively seeking a compelling story and script.”

Needless to say, the update has left fans super excited!

Earlier, in an exclusive interview with Zoom, Salman had said, “I did work with Shah Rukh in Tiger 3, and if Aamir gets to do a spy-verse, he will also join in.”

Aamir Khan’s upcoming projects

Aamir will be next seen in Sitaare Zameen Par, which is slated to release on Christmas 2024. Also starring Genelia D’Souza, the film reportedly revolves around Down Syndrome. Filmmaker RS Prasanna will helm this social comedy drama.

As a producer, he is bankrolling Rajkumar Santoshi and Sunny Deol’s 1947 Lahore.
