Previously, the official IPL account on X unveiled the lineup for the opening ceremony through a tweet, stating: “The stage is set, the lights are bright, and the stars are ready to shine at the TATA IPL 2024 opening ceremony! Prepare for an unforgettable fusion of cricket and entertainment with a stellar lineup! March 22nd, starting from 6:30 pm.”
The highly anticipated opening ceremony, boasting a star-studded lineup, has become the talk of the town.
Performances by renowned stars such as Akshay Kumar, Tiger Shroff, AR Rahman, and Sonu Nigam have generated significant buzz and excitement among the audience.

Currently, Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff are collaborating on the film ‘Bade Miyan Chote Miyan‘, helmed by director Ali Abbas Zafar. Joining them in the cast are Prithviraj Sukumaran, Sonakshi Sinha, Manushi Chhillar, Alaya F., and Ronit Bose Roy. The film is slated for release on April 10.
