Dibrugarh MLA Prasanta Phukan exercises democratic right
Guwahati: The stage is set for Dibrugarh electoral showdown. With a total of 16,59,588 eligible voters, the district engages in a crucial democratic exercise.
Huge queue were seen at various polling stations. Dibrugarh MLA Prasanta Phukan, took part in the electoral process and exercised his right to vote along with his wife.
Among the voters, there are 8,49,563 female voters and 8,09,990 male voters, 35 third-gender voters.
There are 1923 polling stations across the constituency where citizens will cast their votes.
